On Tuesday 5 December we’ll gather at the ‘CUA  Hub’ in Ruthven Street (near the Walton Stores laneway) meeting at 6:30 to start singing at 7pm. Astrid has chosen a selection of music we’ve learnt this year as well as some Christmas Songs.

The CUA are excited that finally their new piano will be used.

Wear your brightest, cheeriest colours.

Encourage your family and supporters to come to be our appreciative audience (as well as to join in) and bring drinks and nibbles to enjoy after the singing as we round off 2017.

On Tuesday 12 December we have the opportunity to sing to patients and staff in various corners of St Vincent’s Hospital.

Meet at 5:30 for a 6pm start til 7pm This is our last performance for the year and a chance to bring some enjoyment to members of our community.

We’ll sing the same repertoire as the previous Tuesday 

If you are able to come, please let Catherine know by our next rehearsal on 21 Nov so the hospital organiser can distribute car park vouchers. We will find out closer to the date where we’ll meet.

Lucky us we have a fifth week this month.  So we have a rehearsal this week and next week too.  Our performance at the Jazz Club in on Friday 10th Nov.

We need to know how many are interested in a drumming workshop after our performance on the Walton stores stage on 9th Sept?

How many have their own drum to bring?

I am in the process of booking the CUA community hub for this workshop.  It will be from about 2pm for an hour if all the ducks line up!

Please reply with Yes or No and number of drums you can bring.
