Here is the invitation to Dan Wilson’s exhibition opening on 16 June at 4pm at Wilsonton Community Gallery in the Wilsonton Shopping Centre, 407 Bridge St.  Exhibition runs from 16 to 30 June.

He’s very pleased that Choirbolical are going to be there and will be singing his and his girlfriend’s favourite song – Red Hot !

Next week we have a rehearsal on 5th June 6:45pm for 7pm start at De Molay House.

Helen will be there with tickets for Ubunto choir workshop and the concert  from Africa on 23rd June 2018.  Tickets are $20 for workshop only at 2pm and $35 for both workshop at 2pm and the concert at 6:30 all to be held at Fairholme Assembly Hall, WIrra Wirra St, Toowoomba.  Please bring cash for these tickets.

For those who are new I have resent the conformation email.  Please ensure you have [email protected] in your contact list and check all you mail for any emails with choir in the name.

Exciting times as the Posts on this website are sent via mailchimp to your inbox.  We have a fifth Tuesday this month, so see you there on 29th May 6:45 for a 7pm start at De Molay House.

I do hope the people on Gail’s list are now receiving.  I have set it up to post at 10am every day so it will check for any updates or new posts and send as soon as possible.  It seems to be sending the day after so it is not as immediate as we would like.  I will see if there is anyway to send SMS to mobile phones and we will then need to set it up to capture phone numbers.

For those who were able to make the Jazz performance on Friday night – what a great night with the audience most impressed with our performance and Astrid and the Steven Henry Quartet treating us to some amazing jazz.

Astrid will be up in Toowoomba early so would love a warm up and run through the songs with us before the night gets started. If you can make it come at 7pm to the Bowls club car park in Elworthy Street – bring a coat in case we have to use the car park!! Should be a good night of music. Cheers Marion.

P.S a big Thankyou to Matt for rehearsing with us on Tuesday night – and adding a bit of performance polish with great skill and good humour!
