3rd Sep rehearsal 6:45 for 7pm start.

Then we have the Jazz club gig on 13th Sep. Please refer to other posts for details.

This Tuesday – usual time and place – 6:45 for a 7pm start at De Molay House. Our next jazz club performance is on Friday 13th September. It would be the same sort of arrangements as last time with a chance to warm up upstairs anytime from 7pm & an interval gig about 8.30. Our Repertoire for the jazz club will be :-

La Basta- Halo- Last Rose of Summer

A 6pm extra rehearsal will be on at deMolay this coming Thursday 15/8. It will be a do-it-ourselves practice of parts using recordings of repertoire – good opportunity to do some learning of songs with others.

6-7pm separate parts learning and putting them together. If you have a portable speaker/phone website connection please bring. We need one each for SAB.

7pm – Afterwards join us next door at Parkhouse to have a drink & chat.

Two more rehearsals this month 16th and 30th July.  Meeting 6:45 pm for a 7pm start at De Molay House.

Tenterfield on Sunday 7th July was wonderful “The Chilly Sing”.  Make sure you come next year.  We learned some fabulous songs.  Thanks to all the organisers.  Chris Meibush has posted some videos of our concert on the “Just us Choirbolical” facebook page, remember you can’ t share these unless you get permission.  Let Chris know if you don’t have access and he will invite you.

We are singing La Basta, Keep on walking froward, and Fields of Gold.

Everyone has been assigned private cars as no buses available.  There may be seats on a bus from Brisbane Sat morning with the Kodaly choir if anyone finds that convenient… let me know [email protected]
